HRT protocol (as prescribed by my doctor)
Vitamin D3/K2 - 5,000 IU/
Magnesium Taurate - 125mg

10AM Greens Latte
B Complex -amounts and brands vary but I usually switch between two brands throughout the year
Omega-3 - 2,000mg,

11AM Veggie Bowl
Longevity mix - NOVOS Core. I sometimes I mix this with 20mg of collagen, vanilla vegan protein or goat milk whey (tastes a bit like a creamsicle!).

5PM Dinner
Omega-3, 2,000mg
Magnesium Taurate, 125mg

9PM Bed
Magnesium Glycinate - 125mg
Progesterone (prescription) - 125mg
If I am stressed out and/or really can't settle down I will take:
Valerian root - 200-400mg
Melatonin - 0.3mg
And if I still need more help, I'll add these:
Inositol
L-Theanine
Apigenin
